The place has a unique history, being a converted cigar factory, and it's refreshing to find spacious bathrooms that are unexpectedly well-equipped. The availability of a mobile device for local calls during the stay is a clever touch, allowing for easy navigation and connection.
Accessing the hotel by car is problematic, complicated further by roadworks. even locating parking can feel like a mission. The lighting in the rooms can be dismal, making it tough to get through a book or plan the next day’s escapades. Some rooms appeared to have inadequate soundproofing, making sleep a bit of a challenge, with noises from nearby bars creeping in. Lastly, despite the charm of the building, kitchen amenities seem underwhelming with no dinner options available, forcing you out for meals.

the hotel was in a great location, but my room had a terrible smell, which was quite unpleasant. also, the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous—walking with luggage on cobblestones is a nightmare! i expected some sort of complimentary treatment for these inconveniences but ended up feeling like just another number. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Historic charm with modern comfort
The eclectic design of the hotel, blending history with modern comforts, truly captivated me. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh, local ingredients and real attention to detail.
I was disappointed with the noise from nearby bars that lingered late into the night, making it hard to sleep. The sauna hours were also limited, which felt restrictive after a long day.

Comfy stay in the heart of the city
Loved the spacious room and the fresh eggs at breakfast! It’s super central too, perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, the parking can be tricky – defo book ahead. The wellness area was nice, but could use lockers. a pretty chill experience!

Had a fantastic stay and loved the super comfy bed and massive room that made me feel right at home. The wellness area was a dream with a beautiful sauna and relaxing spa lounge to unwind after a long day. The only minor thing was the phone in my room didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal. 😊
